Do the SKINS give me an in-game advantage?
Not at all. They are just cosmetic.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "RARE", "EPIC" OR "LEGENDARY" ITEM ?
These levels indicate the degree of rarity of an ability :
Rare : Most common level of rarity
Epic : More exclusive, advanced content
Legendary : Highest level of rarity. The rarer an item, the greater its potential.
